New Bench Milestone
We do bench press before the Friday workout. It helps to see how much you have increased. Keep in mind, I only do the P90x chest workouts and that is all push ups, no weights for chest exercises. On Friday the 1st, I did 225 12 times and 9 times. When I get to 15 reps, I will try to max out the next week and see what the turns out to be. The week before I did 11 and 8 so it would be nice to progress one rep a week but that can be dependent on sleep. For the bench work out I do 135 X 20, 185 x 15, and 225 max res, 225 max reps, 185 X15, 135X 20. That is plenty
