It has been a while but new goals - Fitness
I am going to start blogging my diet and exercise information. I have been really working hard this year and enjoying my physical fitness adventure. Here is a recap up to now. I will post some back dated results and achievements soon. I started doing P90x last year and loved it. Picked up Insanity and hated it. Can't wait for P90x MC2 I started working out with some guys from work during lunch. Mostly P90x and some insanity. We do chest on Monday's. One week we do Chest and Back and the other we do Chest, shoulders and Triceps. This dictates our work out on Wednesday. Tuesday I play football with them but they go each Tuesday for soccor, ultimate Frisbee or football. I try to do racket ball or Tennis. Thursday and Fridays are the fun days. We started doing a CrossFit.com WOD on Thursday and either another WOD on Friday or an Insanity video. For most of Feb and March I did Insanity 4 mornings a week and then, the work out at lunch. I am changing it up in April by not doing morning workouts and working out with my wife at night. I have not lost much weight. I go between 212 to 220 but I have lost 2-3 inches off my waste and increased overall strength and endurance. I will post some of my individual results in other blog post.
